Found a bug or having trouble running Bunker Hell? Start a new topic in this section for each problem and include:

• Game version (e.g. Demo, downloaded on …)
• Windows version (e.g. Windows 11)
• PC details – graphics card and processor, if you know them
• Difficulty level you were playing
• What you did and what happened – where in the game, and does it happen every time?
• A screenshot or short video, if possible

Common questions

• Windows says the file may be unsafe (SmartScreen): this happens because the publisher is new. Choose More info → Run anyway.
• My progress: the game saves automatically, and you can save manually from the Esc menu. If a save seems lost, tell us what you did just before.
• Controls: WASD to move, mouse to aim and shoot, R reload, E interact / car, I inventory, J journal, L lights, Esc pause.
