Forum rules

Juha Thai Club is a support forum for Juha Thai Club apps and games and a discussion forum about Thailand, intended for adults. Talk freely, but respect the other people here. By posting you agree to these rules.

  1. Adults only. The forum is intended for people aged 18 or over.
  2. Some swearing is fine – attacking people is not. Casual swearing between adults is allowed. Personal attacks, insults aimed at other users, harassment, threats and stalking are not.
  3. No hate speech. No attacks on or incitement against anyone because of race, ethnic origin, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other similar characteristics. This also applies to Thai people, other nationalities and foreigners living in Thailand.
  4. Nothing illegal. No content that is illegal in Finland or Thailand. Note that Thai law is very strict: for example, posts about the Thai royal family (Criminal Code section 112) can lead to serious consequences for the writer, and such posts will be removed.
  5. Protect privacy. Do not post other people's personal details (names, addresses, phone numbers, workplaces, licence plates and so on) or photos of identifiable people without their permission.
  6. No spam or advertising. No commercial advertising, affiliate links, visa-agent or hotel marketing, scams or repeated posting of the same content. Sharing an honest personal recommendation is fine.
  7. No adult or shocking images. No pornography, sexual content or violent images.
  8. Stay on topic. Post in the right section. The 🇬🇧 sections are in English and the 🇫🇮 sections are in Finnish.
  9. Visa and legal information is not official advice. Rules change often – always check official sources (Thai embassies, the Immigration Bureau, the official e-Visa website).
  10. Do not impersonate the developer or moderators. Only the developer's posts carry the [Developer] badge.

Moderation

The moderators may remove posts and topics and block writers without prior warning if the rules are broken. If you see a post that breaks the rules, use the report button on the post. Questions about moderation: by email to juhathai@proton.me.
