What to include in your post
Start a new topic for each issue and tell us:
- Android app or web version (and which browser, if web)
- App version (Android) and device model
- Android version (e.g. Android 15)
- Which course you are using (e.g. Thai in English, Finnish in Thai)
- What you did and what happened – for example the topic, word or exercise where the problem appears
- A screenshot, if possible
