The latest update for Stream Commander (v1.0.3 / Build 4) has officially been released to the Google Play Store. This update is based directly on user feedback and real-world field testing.
Our main focus for this release was to improve the experience for power users who rely on Landscape Mode to manage their streams and servers simultaneously.
🖥️ Turn Your Phone into a Command Center
We realized that when using the terminal in landscape mode, every pixel counts—especially when the onscreen keyboard is active. Here is how we fixed it:
- 30% More Screen Space: We removed the top header bar in landscape mode. This gives you significantly more vertical room for terminal output and command buttons.
- New Split-View Layout: The terminal is now side-by-side with your controls. You can now monitor your server output on the right while firing commands from the left.
- Compact UI: We reorganized the SSH status indicators and the STOP button into a single, space-saving row.
🛠️ Visual & Logic Fixes
We didn't just move things around; we also polished the engine:
- No More Text Clipping: The manual command input field has been standardized to 56dp. This ensures that letters like "g", "j", and "y" are no longer cut off at the bottom.
- Button 1 Logic Fix: We squashed a bug where the first terminal button was sending its label name instead of the actual script command.
- Readability: Adjusted font padding across all SSH control buttons for better legibility on high-density displays.
